Cooperative La Voz que Clama en el Desierto (The Voice that Cries out in the Desert) is located in the west highlands of Guatemala and is named for picturesque volcanos and beautiful lake. With Arabica trees under a rich shade tree canopy home to many migratory birds, this coffee is a bright and creamy cup, with sweet notes of green apple, milk chocolate and green grape.
