This honey processed coffee comes from the Muxbal Estate. The mountain-top coffee farm in Unión Juárez takes its name from the Mayan phrase for "place surrounded by clouds." The farm itself dates back to the late 1700s, when Chiapas was still part of Guatemala. Half the farm is planted with coffee, while the other half is a protected ecological reserve of rainforest rivers, springs and natural flora and fauna. It's been Rainforest Alliance certified since 2006.

Sourced by InterAmerican Coffee Importers. Whole bean.
